The World of Imagination
A lovely find published in conjunction with an exhibit of the author-illustrator’s work at the Eric Carle Museum. This substantial book features an introduction by Eric Carle and “The World of Imagination: A Voyage with Lisbeth Zwerger” by Willy Puchner. Most tantalizing is the “How to become an Illustrator” by Lisbeth Zwerger herself. Altogether there are 128 pages of color illustrations and photographs. Also includes a complete bibliography of books illustrated by Lisbeth Zwerger and a listing of past, current and upcoming exhibitions of her artwork around the world.
